II- GRAMMAR :      Verbs in Simple Present :
1- The affirmative form and the 3rd person singular( he,she,it)

When conjugating a verb (except to be) in simple present affirmative , the change occurs only with the 3rd person singular he,she ,it.

From the table above , we notice that while conjugating a verb , we delete "to" and we conjugate : to eat : I eat , you eat ...
but there is a change that occurs with the 3rd person singular , he,she , it.
Let's come up with a rule.

  2-The negative form : ( don't / doesn't)

From the table above , we notice that we add "doesn't" with the 3rd personal singular while " don't " with the other persons.
 I don't.. , you don't.. , we don't .. , they don't..
 He , she , it doesn't ..

we can come out with the following rule :
First we should know the difference between "infinitive" and "bare infinitive/base verb".

So , the rule is :

  3- the interrogative form : ( do / does )
From the table above , we notice that we add "Does" with the 3rd personal singular while " Do" with the other persons.
 Do I .. ?  Do you .. ? Do we .. ? Do they .. ?
Does he.. ?  Does she.. ? Does it .. ?

we can come out with the following rule :
